Shipping policy
DELIVERY METHOD
The products in the online store are delivered to the customer by courier. The package is delivered either to your home or to a pickup location, depending on the options available in the area. Delivery has a fixed cost of 10 euros unless otherwise agreed.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for products purchased from the online store is 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery of products made to order is according to the agreement. Products made to order are completed and shipped within 3-4 weeks of ordering.
RETURN POLICY
Custom-made products (such as personally customized SOLMU™ Argent and SOLMU™ Aurum) cannot be accepted for return. Orders have a 14-day right of cancellation.
All other products in the online store have a 14-day right of return. The returned product must be unused and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return. In cases of returns, the product will be refunded to the payment method used in the order.
All returns must be agreed in advance with customer service at customerservice@solmu.shop. Returns will not be redeemed and the costs incurred from the return will not be reimbursed.
WARRANTY TERMS
Products manufactured by Solmu.shop have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, in which case they will be repaired free of charge. The warranty does not apply to issues resulting from normal aging, such as darkening of the metal, scratches or wear of the coating. Defects resulting from careless care/handling are also not covered by the warranty.
If the finished product is damaged during transport despite careful packaging, please contact the shipping company and make a complaint. Then contact Solmu.shop.

IMAGE RIGHTS
Solmu.shop owns the rights to the images of its products and may use them in marketing, advertising and social media.
FORCE MAJEURE
Solmu.shop is not responsible for deliveries that are beyond our control. Such events include strikes, general traffic disruptions or other similar activities.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CONSUMER TRADE ACCORDING TO THE EU DIRECTIVE
If a dispute regarding a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Solmu.shop reserves the right to change its delivery terms. The customer must familiarize himself with the valid delivery terms before placing an order.
